ALL EXPOSED CLAY HAS BEEN BUFFED SMOOTH TO THE TOUCH

What makes my pots different is the details, how detailed the surface decoration, the glaze complexity and the results.

My mugs are formed from flat slabs of clay, joining the clay together creates seams accentuating its unique personality, the rim may not be 100% circular.

.

Each is finished using diamond coated pads to ensure the bottoms are smooth so they don't scratch your table tops and surfaces and making them a tactile delight to hold.

Hugmugs are made using slipcasting techniques using liquid clay and plaster moulds, all of the plaster moulds and designs are made by me in studio. 

.

Working with ceramics I have learned not to fall in love with something until it has made it through all of the stages.

My glazes are all made by me in studio using glaze recipes of raw materials & a lot of testing. Tiny cracks in the glaze on the exterior of the pot is acceptable, it is surface level as the clay body beneath remains in tact

Everything is made by my hands, pieces are handled many times in their creation, sometimes there is evidence of this forever preserved within the piece

. 

Due to the differences in monitor settings, colours may appear different. The glazes really come alive in natural light

**Pots containing gemstone or metal accents, are NOT microwave and dishwasher safe

.

Stoneware pots are fairly durable but they can break. Use with caution and care.
